Here are the major reasons:
1 - I had Priority Queue, but didn't get a slot
2 - I submitted CoinList email successfully, yet didn’t get slot
3 - I didn’t get a PQ slot despite registering on Stader Dapp and CoinList. Why?
4 - I was an early-bird subscriber, didn't get slot
5 - I thought I was eligible, but I didn’t get a slot
6 - I thought I submitted my email, but I didn’t get a slot
Scenario 1 - I had Priority Queue, but didn't get to participate in the sale
While Priority Queue invitees have a higher chance of securing an allocation, an allocation is not guaranteed. Also, the Final Priority Queue access is determined by CoinList. It's subject to their KYC and internal audit/review process. This is something out of our control. Read more about how the Priority Queue system works: LINK
Scenario 2 - I submitted my CoinList email successfully, yet didn’t get slot
In case your CoinList email was submitted successfully and you still couldn’t access the sale, we’d request you get in touch with CoinList Support right away: LINK
Some users haven’t been able to receive PQ and normal queue because they may have been banned by CoinList or they haven’t completed KYC on CoinList.
Scenario 3 - I didn’t get a PQ slot despite registering on Stader dApp and CoinList
Due to limited PQ slots being available, we could only distribute it to a select few users who qualified under our criteria. These select IDs have also gone through filtering by CoinList (e.g. pass their KYC, internal checks etc.). So, it’s possible a few users haven’t got the PQ link due these reasons.
